who do you hate more?

if you had the choice to ban either the people driving too fast or those who drive too slow, who would you choose?

i would definitely ban all the very slow drivers.

I have to disagree :P
The fast ones definitely. The worst a slow driver can do is well, push your blood pressure up a notch or two. The worst a fast driver can do is maybe cause a multiple car accident and kill a few pedestrians.
